Saturday 18 July 7-9pm The Wisdom of Winter, Women's Circle
Come join us for an evening of relaxation, rest and introspection, held in a safe and supportive environment. One that cultivates intentional connection - to be seen, heard and held. To see ourselves in each other and be reminded that we are not alone in our experiences. Circle offers us an opportunity to pause from the busyness of our everyday lives. It is within stillness that we can hear our inner voice, reconnect to our hearts innate wisdom and bring forth this clarity into our lives.
|
In this circle, we will be delving into the wisdom that winter holds, so that we can integrate it into our own lives. Winter offers us the opportunity to cultivate deep rest, introspection, stillness and to shed what no longer resonates. We will explore these themes together through guided meditation, journaling prompts, intentional sharing and creative activities. It is my loving intention that you leave feeling nourished, nurtured and your cup is replenished and your heart is full. No experience is needed and you are welcome exactly as you are! |
NEW Monthly on first Thursday 7-8.30pm Common Ground with Cacao Ceremony
A monthly gathering for honest conversation, deep listening, and genuine connection.
In a world that moves quickly, sometimes all you need is to an opportunity to slow down, be seen and to witness others in their experiences. This is your invitation!
Common Ground is a space for people to gather in circle and explore a different theme each month that speaks to the human experience. Whether its belonging, courage, relationships, grief, purpose, joy or something else, find yourself open to the opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself and one another.

Inspired by the practice of circling, this isn't a discussion, debate, or advice giving group. Instead, we slow down and take turns to hear one another. One person speaks while the rest of the circle simply listens and when they're finished, the next person is invited to share their own experience, or simply pass. There is no pressure to speak and no expectation to have the right answer. Just an opportunity to practise presence, deep listening, and authentic expression in a respectful and welcoming space.
Everything shared within the circle is held with confidentiality and care, helping create an environment where people can show up as they are. |
- Each gathering begins with ceremonial cacao, followed by a gentle grounding practice before we move into our monthly theme and guided circle
- Whether you come with something on your heart or simply a willingness to listen, you're warmly welcome

Sunday 16 August 3-5pm Golden Heart Breathwork & Sound Journey with Mateo Barber
Open your heart. Return to yourself
Mateo Barber is the founder of Remember Now and a facilitator of trauma-aware somatic breathwork, dedicated to creating safe, grounded spaces for healing, self-discovery, and authentic connection.Drawing from years of personal practice and training in conscious connected breathwork, Reiki, meditation, sound healing, and Kundalini Yoga, Mateo weaves together breath, live medicine music, movement, and mindfulness into immersive journeys that support nervous system regulation and embodied transformation.
His facilitation is informed by a deep respect for both ancient wisdom traditions and contemporary understandings of trauma, ensuring participants are empowered to explore their inner experience at their own pace. Rather than focusing on fixing or changing people, Mateo's intention is to help others remember the innate wisdom, resilience, and wholeness that already exists within them.
Through Remember Now, he offers experiences that invite people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, open their hearts, and cultivate greater presence, clarity, and compassion. His work is rooted in authenticity, integrity, inclusivity, and the belief that the breath is one of our most accessible and profound tools for healing and transformation.
